Hi, I'm Jen!  

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach who helps busy women feel confident and empowered through movement and nutrition. I've helped dozens of women over the years improve their relationship with food and movement, implement a routine in which they can look forward to and feel stronger so they can do the things they love long-term.

Back in the day I used to avoid lifting weights. I thought that in order to feel stronger, more confident and be a faster runner, I just had to run more. Little did I know that Strength Training was the missing piece to the puzzle. 

Once I finally found the missing piece to my puzzle I started picking up the weights consistently but stuck with random Peloton workouts and random studio classes.

Although I started to feel stronger from Strength Training, it wasn't until I started following a progressive Strength Training Program until I really started seeing the results.
