Not lifting weights earlier in life
I used to avoid lifting weights. I also really didn’t enjoy working out in public or being in the gym. I thought that in order to be stronger, healthier and more “fit”, I just needed to keep focusing on cardio and work out more.
Little did I know that I didn’t need to workout more, I just needed more effective workouts.
