Former human who was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. 

I help busy women who are also sick and tired of feeling sick and tired ditch dieting and fitness fads so they can feel more confident in their clothes, look forward to moving their bodies and feel more energized. 

Years back you'd find me feeling tired 24/7 regardless of how much sleep I got, getting sick and run down ALLL the time due to my weak immune system from my poor diet, feeling bloated more often than not, struggling to gain muscle and not seeing progress in my workouts. 

After feeling frustrated for YEARS, I started taking action and finally prioritized and invested in my health and wellness by prioritizing my nutrition and picking up the dumbbells.
